Gram Bowsher is an Account Manager in Ipsos Marketing, working primarily in the CPG, retail, personal care, and apparel spaces. He has experience with all stages of the product and brand cycle, including market understanding, segmentation, innovation, and product development. Gram has a B.S. in Education & Social Policy from Northwestern University’s School of Education & Social Policy, with additional certification in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School of Journalism, Media, and Integrated Marketing Communications. In his free time, Gram is a big sports junkie, often attending football and basketball games at his alma mater.
Britt Calvert

Britt Calvert is an Account Manager in Ipsos Marketing, dedicated to the ProductQuest Service Line. ProductQuest supports all things product- & package-related, consulting across every stage of the product development lifecycle.  With a background in analytics, she enjoys digging deep into the data to provide her clients insightful, actionable recommendations. Britt has a B.S. in Marketing from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. When she’s not helping her clients create better products, she travels as much as possible and is always pursuing a new hobby; most recently, triathlon training.
Aimee Hechler
Senior Research Analyst
Aimee is a Senior Research Analyst with Ipsos, managing the execution and reporting of research studies for a variety of clients across the globe. She has worked on clients in OTC health care, retail, and consumer goods and analyses spanning across brand health tracking, concept/product testing, and exploratory categorical research. Additionally, she leads Ipsos Marketing’s internal social media analytics team and enjoys bringing in social insights and creative visuals to client reports. Aimee holds a BA from Northwestern University where she studied TV/Film and Marketing. In her time outside of work, she enjoys photography, comedy, and volunteering with a dog rescue in Chicago.
Becky Wiechman

Becky’s ten years in market research on both the client and supplier side span a variety of industries, including retail, B2B trade shows, automotive, and consumer goods. Becky joined Ipsos Marketing to work on consumer goods client accounts with a wide variety of projects including A&Us, brand tracking, concept testing, and product testing. Her passion in research is in diving into the results to search for strategic findings and working with clients on their strategic plans, fueled by data. Becky holds a BA from Hope College, and an MBA in marketing and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Becky enjoys running trails near her home in New Jersey and watercolor painting.
Hannah Fitton
Senior Research Analyst
As a Senior Research Analyst with Ipsos Marketing, Hannah is involved in all phases of a project. She enjoys seeing a study evolve from the initial discussions and questions to the final insights and recommendations. Most recently, her work focuses on innovation research within the technology and financial services industries. Hannah graduated from Colgate University with a B.A in Sociology & Anthropology. In her spare time, she teaches local children about animals as an educational volunteer at Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo.
Mo Zhou

Prior to joining the market research industry, Mo worked as a management consultant at IBM helping client in gaining consumer insights and developing business strategy leveraging advanced analytics. She joined Ipsos Marketing Sciences in 2016. She is most excited in researching social data and how we can leverage advanced analytics methods to gain consumer and brand insights in the age of big data
Meade Brewster

Meade is a Senior Research Analyst with Ipsos Marketing. She works in collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the research process. She handles project management to ensure studies run smoothly, from research development to reporting. Meade’s work with Ipsos has covered a wide breath of clients including chocolate distributors to financial services to pet food companies. While working across several industries, her knowledge comprises multiple methodologies, including idea and concept evaluation, facial coding, choice exercises, and segmentations. Meade draws on a wide range of experiences across disciplines to deliver to a holistic approach. She is passionate about tackling complicated and innovative designs to deliver clear and insightful stories with a focus on client research goals. Mark Berry has over 20 years of market research industry experience with a considerable amount of that time in Shopper Insights. He has a genuine passion to advance the industry’s knowledge around the science of how people make decisions. Mark began his career at Procter & Gamble then worked in the market research industry for a variety of behavioral and attitudinal firms. Most recently, in 2012, he co-founded the Duke-Ipsos Research Center, which is a collaborative think tank designed to better understand the decision theory associated with creating demand generation through the customer experience. In 2015 he co-founded the Yale-Ipsos Consumer Marketing Behavioral Economic Think Tank focused on behavioral economics and brand marketing.

John Kiser has over 20 years of research experience working with technology, telecommunications, durables, financial services, and his latest focus is automotive. He has spent most of his time either leading large accounts, sectors, analyst teams or educating and training global teams on the process to evaluate innovation in more complicated categories. His current focus is developing and managing automotive initiatives within Ipsos Marketing plus being responsible for educating and training global teams on innovation within non consumer package goods industries. He holds a BS in Marketing from Portland State University.

Ron Bielski has 24 years of professional experience, including work in consulting, brand management, and market research. Ron joined Ipsos in 2013 and is focused on helping his clients more successfully develop new products by centering their innovation efforts around consumer insights. An avid skier, Ron heads to the western USA whenever he can to speed down a steep mountain.

Dr. Crowe has over 15 years of experience working in consumer research across multiple sectors and is considered a leading industry expert in both the art and science of concept writing. At Ipsos, Paul heads up our InnoQuest Service Line, which specializes in all things innovation: idea development and testing, concept writing, evaluation and forecasting. In this capacity, he led the development of our Concept Evaluator tool and Ideas Overnight platform. He is passionate about agile research and improving the innovation process. In his spare time, Paul is a competitive pinball aficionado and loves playing music.

Maureen Evans has over 23 years of research experience working with premier consumer packaged goods companies. She’s spent her tenure at Ipsos leading the product testing service line and promoting Ipsos Mobile to clients around the globe. She has been contributing to Ipsos Marketing's InnovationPOV blog for the last two years and conducts external webinars to educate clients on Ipsos’ product testing capabilities. In her spare time, Maureen loves to travel with and spend time in her garden.

Prior to joining the market research industry, Colin was educated as a Social Psychologist and has published in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology and the British Journal of Social Psychology. He joined Ipsos in 1998 and spent a total of nine years on the Procter & Gamble account. In 2006, Colin joined Henry Rak Consulting Partners, a management consultancy that specializes in the development of strategic brand growth strategies (HRCP is now part of McKinsey). In June 2009, Colin returned to Ipsos to lead the US Marketing Science Group and is also a technical, innovation and product development advisor to the Ipsos Retail and Shopper Insights Practice.

Sanjay has almost 15 years of experience assisting companies with innovation and product development. He is primarily responsible for the development of Vantis’ highly validated forecasting models in the payments sector. Sanjay’s experience covers a variety of categories, including financial services, retail, hospitality, entertainment, technology and telecommunication services. His expertise covers concept evaluation, demand forecasting, product optimization, and communication route selection work. Sanjay earned a MS degree in Marketing Research from the ACNielsen Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.

Ashley Ericksen has over 15 years of research experience working with consumer goods, OTC and financial services companies. Her career began in the Marketing Sciences division where she worked on segmentations, loyalty models and concept and product testing analytics. For the past eight years she has primarily focused on concept and product testing initiatives for many premier CPG manufacturers. She is currently part of the Ipsos Marketing ProductQuest Service Line, where she provides senior level support for Ipsos’ US product testing business, including consult on design, methodology and analytics. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys running and exploring new vacation destinations with her family.

Michael Pailas is a Vice President in the Ipsos Retail & Shopper Insights Practice. He has led a wide variety of shopper projects including path to purchase evaluations, shopper trackers, category adjacency and planogram design studies, qualitative shopper research, screening and testing of POS materials, virtual shopping tests, and discrete choice modelling of pricing, packaging, and assortment. Michael’s career of more than 20 years in research began at IRI, where he founded and ran IRI’s Analytical Consulting Group for the Northeastern US. He later held positions as Vice President of Client Service or Account Management at BASES, GfK, and MarketTools. Michael lives in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife, Kim, and children Christopher and Laura.

Kevin focuses on projects testing new concepts in the credit card and payments space. Prior to joining Ipsos, Kevin worked at Citi in various innovation and new product development groups and has been named an inventor on three patents. Kevin has also worked in advertising at Young and Rubicam, and in direct marketing at the J. Crew catalog and the Book of the Month Club. He holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Nicole Munsey is a Vice President at Ipsos Marketing with over 10 years of marketing and brand research experience.  Nicole has industry experience researching consumers and innovations in a variety of sectors, including household products, office supplies, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical products.  Nicole specializes in innovation and strategic foundational research.  Nicole has a passion for global research and a particular interest in conducting research in developing markets. Nicole earned her Master of Business Administration and Master of Global Management degrees from Tulane University, and completed her Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance at DePaul University.

Just joining the Ipsos team late last year, Lori has been in the market research industry for over 20 years, working on a wide variety of CPG brands and categories including bleach, snacks, motor oil, beverage alcohol, and lip balm. Lori has extensive breadth of experience in brand positioning, concept testing, category appraisals, creative evaluations, and brand health tracking. She is currently working as Director in the US Marketing Team. In her spare time, Lori loves solving jigsaw puzzles and cryptograms, is always up for a game of Scrabble, and enjoys baking.
